Q: What's the turnaround time on my order? 

A: Upon receiving your order we ship out the next business day. Sometimes this can be delayed up to 3 business days after your order is placed. If you are experiencing any unexpected delays please contact hello@goominutrition.com to get immediate assistance. 

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Once shipped, USA shipments can take 3-7 days and worldwide shipments can take up to 8-15 business days. Due to the current situation, carriers may be delayed with their transit times.

 

Q: What shipping methods are available?

A: Currently, we only offer standard 3-7 day shipping via USPS.

Q: I didn't receive my package. What can I do?

A: If you did not receive your package please contact hello@goominutrition.com so that we can research the issue and make sure we make it right! Your satisfaction is very important to us.

 

Q: Are shipments insured?

A: No, the shipments are not insured. However, if you have an issues with your shipment please reach out to us via email at hello@goominutrition.com so we can resolve the issue for you as fast as possible. 

 

Q: What is your return policy? Can I return my order? 

A: We think that you're going to love our products but in case you don't, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on both opened and unopened bottles. Please contact our support team at hello@goominutrition.com within 30 days of your received order for an RMA. Our customers are responsible for paying for the shipping cost to send back returning product.

 

Q: Is my credit card secure? I am scared of making a payment through your website. 

A: Yes! We use an encryption service to process your payment. Your credit card information is hidden from us and we do not store your credit card information. We use Shopify Payments secure encryption service to process all payments.

Q: If I return the product are there any restocking fees?

A: No, we do not charge you any extra fees. However, please not that you are responsible to cover the cost of return shipping.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? 

A: Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes.
